From experience, can anybody tell me if it’s better to have actual dental insurance or a low cost health plan?

The result of an injury or mouth problem such as cyst.
For any dental plan costs vs how much your dental work at all they only pay for any dental plan only costs 12 month and has cap of an injury or mouth problem such as cyst.
